Ayoola holds a degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He is a professional member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is currently pursuing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. Ayoola has worked in banking, insurance, and asset management companies in various finance capacities before joining Industrial and General Insurance Plc as the Chief Financial Officer.
