Alhaji Sadiq Isa Kaita is a distinguished Building Engineer, Facility Manager, and Administrator with extensive expertise in General Administration of Human and Material Resources, as well as Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering.

He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building (FNIOB), a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), a Registered Builder by CORBON , and also a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Nigerian Chapter.

Throughout his career, Alhaji Kaita has held several prominent positions, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills. He has served as Senior Manager and Head of Projects/Real Estate at United Bank for Africa (UBA), Project Manager – Administration at the Nigerian Communication Commission, Head of Administration at NAL Bank Plc, and Head of Premises & Branch Development at Sterling Bank Plc.

Currently, Alhaji Kaita engages in private practice, lending his expertise as a consultant to Gams & Abel Nigeria Ltd. and Pure Access IT Nigeria Ltd. In addition to his consulting work, he holds leadership roles as the Managing Director and CEO of both Starazagora Nigeria Ltd. and Lansira Ltd.
