- IGI Pension Fund Managers
With the introduction in 2004 of a new pension regime under the Pension Reform
Act 2004, IGI applied and obtained a license in November 2008 from the National
Pension Fund Commission to run a pension fund management company, namely
IGI Pension Fund Managers (IGIPFM).

In June 2005, IGI acquired majority shareholding in the equity of the
National Insurance Corporation Limited, Uganda (NIC), through a competitive
international bid. Prior to this time, NIC was 100% owned by the government of
the Republic of Uganda.

- IGI Life Assurance Company Ltd, Ghana
The Life business of the former Network Assurance Company Limited was
registered as IGI Life Assurance Ghana Limited in October 2007.

- Industrial and General Insurance Company Ghana Limited (IGIG)
IGIG was formerly called Network Assurance Company Limited. In 2007, IGI
acquired majority shareholding of Network Assurance and thereafter separated the
Life and Non-Life businesses of the company.

- IGI Gamstar Insurance Company (Gambia)
Gamstar commenced business in 1991 as a composite insurer to transact the
business of Life and General Insurance. The company has two subsidiaries, namely:
Gamstar Savings & Credit Company Limited and Gamstar Life & Health Assurance
Company Limited. In November 2007, IGI acquired substantial stake in Gamstar
Insurance Company Limited.

- Societe Nouvelle d'Assurances du Rwanda (SONARWA S.A. Rwanda)
SONARWA s.a. commenced operations in August 1975 under the management of a
U.K based company called J.H. Minet. In April 2008, SONARWA s.a. commenced a
strategic partnership with IGI.

- Global Trust Savings & Loans Limited (GTSL)
GTSL is licensed to carry on the business of Mortgage Banking under the Banks and
Other Financial Institutions Act CAP B3, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
With an authorized and paid-up share capital of N100million, the bank caters to
the banking and mortgage needs of individual and corporate clients.

- Global Trust Bank Limited, UGANDA
Global Trust Bank (Global) formerly Continental Trust Bank, Uganda Limited, was
licensed by the Bank of Uganda in February 2008 to transact commercial banking
business. The bank started operations in November 2008 with seven branches
strategically spread across Uganda. The head office is situated in Kampala.
The bank is jointly owned by IGI and its subsidiary namely, NIC and some Ugandan
nationals.

Monarch Communications Limited (Monacom) was incorporated in 1997 to provide
private network links, including internet and telecommunications services in 19
cities including Lagos, as well as in the South West, South-South and North Central
regions. Monacom's facilities enable the simultaneous transmission of voice and
fax data as well as Internet access.

- International Health Management Services (IHMS)
IHMS is a national Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) established in April 2001
to provide Social Health Insurance cover for individuals and groups under the
National Health Insurance and Managed Healthcare Services Scheme. It is owned by
Institutional investors and entrepreneurs, and managed by experienced
professionals with vast experiences in healthcare management.
